After filling out a Project Request or Your Rescue Campaign, an O.U.R. staff member or a volunteer on our Volunteer Leadership team will send you an electronic version of the Fundraiser Guidelines. You’ll receive an email from DocuSign. Complete the form and return it to us. We will then sign the form and send you a copy.
Once you have received your copy of the fundraiser guidelines signed by an O.U.R. staff member or a volunteer on our Volunteer Leadership team, you are approved and good to go!
These guidelines must be filled out and signed prior to your event. You don’t receive permission to use the O.U.R. logo until you’ve received a signed copy back from us.
These guidelines are for informational purposes only. Reading them does not mean your event has been approved. Approval for all events must come through your event liaison.
